The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Senior Manager, Growth, to join our
dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our
direct-to-customer (D2C) revenue growth by leading innovative growth
initiatives and fostering collaboration across various departments.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive D2C growth strategy,
focusing on acquiring new customers, engaging existing customers, increasing
customer lifetime value (CLTV), and driving brand loyalty.
• Lead the design and execution of growth-hacking experiments
using A/B testing and data analysis tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including
engineering, design, analytics, marketing, commercial, revenue management, and
user experience to translate growth strategies into actionable projects and
product enhancements.
• Leverage user-centric design principles and customer
behavior analytics to identify opportunities for improvement across the
customer journey.
• Analyze user data and key performance indicators (KPIs) for
D2C channels to measure product effectiveness in generating revenue, identify
areas for improvement, and A/B test different functionalities.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in
airline marketing, customer experience (CX), and growth hacking methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
at all levels and present findings and recommendations effectively to them.
