Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter - Intern to support our U.S. recruitment operations. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT roles, working closely with our recruitment team during .

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct the initial phone screenings
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate tracking and reporting in recruitment tools
• Support the full recruitment cycle for IT roles under guidance

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work during (U.S. time zone) - 5:30 PM till 3:30 AM India Time
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exposure to Computer Programming
• Willingness to travel to USA for short duration.
