    Job description:-

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a fresher HR Coordinator. The incumbent will be deployed at client (Schneider Electric) office. This role is ideal for a recent MSW graduate looking to build a career in HR. Incumbent will be assisted in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    a. Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, resume screening & interview scheduling.

    b. Onboarding: Handle documentation and coordinate induction for new hires.

    c. Employee Engagement: Support planning and execution of engagement activities & events.

    d. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update databases, and assist in preparing reports.

    e. Training Assistance: Help organize training sessions and gather feedback for improvement.

    f. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.

    Education:
