Follow up with patients for treatment completion, routine check-ups, and follow-up visits.
Maintain and update patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and insurance details.
Process patient intake forms, consent documents, and insurance claim forms if applicable.
Handle billing tasks such as issuing invoices, processing payments, and providing receipts.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk, waiting area, and reception counter.

Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists regarding patient flow and treatment room readiness.
