A Picker and Packer, also known as an order picker or pick and packer, is responsible for selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment in a warehouse or distribution center.

They may also be involved in inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and potentially operating equipment like forklifts or scanners.
