A Picker and Packer, also known as an order picker or pick and packer, is responsible for selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment in a warehouse or distribution center.
This involves retrieving products from shelves based on order lists, verifying quantities and details, packing them securely, and ensuring they are ready for dispatch. They may also be involved in inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and potentially operating equipment like forklifts or scanners.
