Job description:-
Operating in a captive set-up, the Program Manager – Learning will act as an internal consultant to HR stakeholders as it relates to Workday Learning administration and be part of the Global LMS team.
• Maintain learning environment functionality on Workday LMS platform as directed, including configuring learning objects (e.g., courses and classes), managing audiences, supporting integrated virtual classroom and mobile functionality, etc.
• Work on routine tasks/ daily operation, use, and configuration of the Workday LMS
• Perform tasks with a focus on quality assurance and alignment with Workday Learning governance, policies, and procedure.
• Resolve all employee queries related to Workday LMS functionality and provide required support to end users; trouble shoot resolve user and admin issues.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.
• Act as an internal consultant, analyze data and recommend solutions to utilize the Workday LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet business objectives.
• Create/update resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years work experience, with at least 4 years in Workday LMS (Functional)
• Role may require extended US support.
• Excellent communication skills.
Skills:
Workday LMS experience including but not limited to:
• Workday Extended Enterprise for learning
• Assignment of courses via Campaign or Mass Enrollment.
