Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions.
Learning and Development: Support the design and delivery of training programs and initiatives to enhance employee/trainees skills and capabilities in alignment with organizational goals.
HR Generalist Functions: Provide administrative support in HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HRIS databases, and preparing HR-related documentation.
Data Analysis: Assist in data collection and analysis for HR metrics and analytics, providing insights to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and teams to support organizational objectives and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the Web3 industry and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
