    Program Overview:

    We are offering a comprehensive HR internship program designed to equip students and young professionals with hands-on experience in human resources management. Our program provides extensive training from scratch, covering essential HR functions such as:- Recruitment and hiring processes- Employee onboarding- Data management and record-keeping- Other HR-related tasks

    Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Intern:

     1. Recruitment Support  

    - Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media.   
    - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.   
    - Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.   
    - Maintain a candidate database and track the status of each applicant.

    2. Interview Coordination 
    - Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.   
    - Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the recruitment process.   
    - Provide feedback to candidates after interviews.

    3. Onboarding Support.
    - Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, including documentation and induction coordination.   
    - Help prepare offer letters and contracts

    4. Employer Branding
    - Assist in employer branding activities like managing the company’s LinkedIn and other social media profiles.   
    - Work on promotional campaigns for attracting talent.

    5. .Learning and Development

    - Participate in HR training programs or workshops provided by the organization.   
    - Support other HR activities as required (e.g., employee engagement initiatives).
