Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day administrative and HR-related functions. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple facets of HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance. The intern will assist in maintaining accurate HR records, coordinating HR initiatives, and interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support:
Assist in drafting and posting job openings on job boards, social media, and the company website.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems.
Support in organizing and conducting walk-in drives or campus recruitment activities (if applicable).
Follow up with candidates for interview availability, documentation, and status updates.
2. Onboarding and Induction:
Support the onboarding process by preparing induction materials and welcome kits for new hires.
Collect and verify documents from new employees during joining.
Assist in conducting induction sessions or orientation programs.
Ensure new joiners are added to the HRMS or relevant systems.
Coordinate with IT, Admin, and other departments for system and ID card issuance.
3. HR Operations and Administration:
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, both in physical files and in HRMS.
Support in the preparation of offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
Help track employee attendance, leaves, and ensure records are up to date.
Coordinate the distribution and collection of employee feedback or survey forms.
Assist in managing internal HR documentation and policy communication.
4. Employee Engagement and Events:
Help plan and organize employee engagement activities such as birthdays, team-building events, wellness sessions, and celebrations.
Collect feedback on engagement initiatives and assist in improving participation and effectiveness.
Support internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and recognition programs.
5. Learning & Development Support:
Assist in scheduling training sessions, coordinating with trainers, and sending calendar invites.
Track employee participation and feedback from training programs.
Maintain records of training completion and certifications.
6. Compliance and Policy Support:
Help ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Assist in preparing compliance reports, checklists, and audit-related documents.
Support HR in ensuring confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
7. Data Management and Reporting:
Compile and analyze basic HR metrics such as attrition, recruitment turnaround time, and employee feedback.
Assist in preparing HR dashboards or weekly/monthly reports for the management team.
Maintain and clean HR databases to ensure consistency and accuracy.
