Key Responsibilities- Patient & Medical Data EntryEnter patient details, medical history, and doctor’s prescriptions into the hospital system. Maintain and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) and patient databases. Ensure all patient data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Billing & Insurance ProcessingEnter billing information, payments, and insurance claims. Assist in verifying and processing insurance documents and approvals. Generate invoices, receipts, and payment records for hospital services.
- Documentation & Record MaintenanceManage hospital admission, discharge, and appointment records. Maintain digital and physical records of medical reports, test results, and prescriptions. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive medical data in compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordination & ReportingWork closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure accurate data management. Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly hospital reports. Cross-check and validate data entries for errors and inconsistencies.
- Software & System ManagementOperate Hospital Management System (HMS), MS Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools. Ensure backup and security of patient records and hospital data.
