Institute invites interested candidates to
apply for the post of “Admin and Accounts Manager” to be filled on contract
basis for a period of one year initially and extendable based on performance of
the candidate and the requirement of the Institute.
Key
Responsibilities:
1]
Well Versed with tally software up to finalization of accounts.
2]
Well versed in Income Tax, GST, PT and PF and other applicable labour laws to
the Company.
3]
Having Knowledge of budgeting and analysis.
4]
Having command over work especially in mail drafting, English and leadership
quality.
5]
Need positive approach, should have ability to learn new things and give
suggestions.
6]
Should have minimum previous 2 to 3 years experience in handling accounts till
finalization.
7]
Need to work Independently in day to day matters and need to review it on its
own.
8]
Need to give presentation to the management team on quarterly basis.
9]
Should have fair knowledge of finance and its planning.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential: Master's Degree and
five year of work experience in Administration/ Finance and Accounts etc.
Desirable: Experience of
working in any University/Institute. Proficiency in English and good
communication skills.
