Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Autoverse Glide Lubricants to multi-brand garages, workshops, and automotive retailers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Sales and Business Development:
Identify and onboard new customers, including garages, retailers, and distributors within Bengaluru.
Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Market Penetration:
Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and competitors' activities.
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Address client concerns and provide after-sales support.
4. Product Promotion:
Educate customers about the features and benefits of Autoverse Glide Lubricants.
Organize and conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management.

• Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
• Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's
• Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work
• Resolving user queries in a timely manner and have attention to detail to identify issues
• Need to work in UK shifts and weekend working
• Responsible for voice and ticket contact
• Should have attention to detail to be able to clearly understand what query is being raised and therefore ensure that it is addressed effectively
• Should have speed in terms of handling large volumes of queries and ensure these are closed within agreed SLA
• Ensure that the query / issue is understood correctly "the first time" round and therefore, resolution should be accurate and address the query / issue adequately
• Should be pro-active and resilient in order to work with all the various teams involved in resolving the queries
• Find opportunities for improving controls, recognizing financial benefits
• Ability to work as a great teammate across multiple teams and close user queries in a timely manner, ensuring user satisfaction is maintained at all times
• To be able to create various management reports through various data bases to summarize the problem
