Evoke Coaching Centre
To Coordinate with teachers, parents, handle enquiries, help teachers to prepare question papers for an educational institution. It's a part time job where the candidate has to work from 2pm to 8pm or 2.30pm to 8.30pm. Sunday is a holiday.
Teacher Coordination:
Act as the liaison between teachers and the administration, ensuring clear communication regarding schedules, school policies, and any updates.
Support teachers with day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in organizing materials, resources, and documents required for teaching.
Help teachers in preparing question papers for exams, ensuring they meet the curriculum standards and are ready on time.
Parent Coordination:
Act as the first point of contact for parent inquiries, responding to questions via phone, email, or in person.

Handling Enquiries:

Provide detailed information about the institution’s programs, policies, and events to prospective parents and students.
Assist with the admissions process by collecting and organizing required documentation, scheduling interviews, and providing support throughout the admission procedure.
Administrative Support:
