    Key responsibilities:

    1. Generate business by generating prescriptions from doctors through effective communication & implement marketing strategy
    2. Maintain relationships with existing as well as new doctors
    3. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations including doctors, chemists, and distributors
    4. Confidently and fluently present the company's products to doctors and generate prescriptions
    5. Assess the clients' needs and present suitable promoted products
    6. Provide product information and deliver product samples
    7. Ensure availability of stocks with chemists & distributor
    8. Ensure timely payments from chemists & distributor
    9. Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage

    12. Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up to date on industry trends
    13. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
    14. Achieve sales targets and quotas
    15. Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve sales volume, revenue and profitability goals
    16. Approval and critique of promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development
    17. Develops and executes effective account-specific marketing & sales programs
    18. Record sales and order information
    19. Coordinate with the other departments
    20. Client retention
    21. Establish and increase the customer base
    22. Handle sales queries from existing customers
    23. Address feedback/complaints and resolve it with the ASM/RSM
