    Job Description:-

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    Visit retail stores and consumer goods outlets across Hyderabad.
    Engage with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers to introduce and promote loan applications.
    Educate retailers about financing options, benefits, and the application process.
    Assist customers and store staff in completing KYC (Know Your Customer) formalities as per guidelines.
    Ensure successful facilitation of at least three transactions per store to drive adoption and engagement.
    Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries related to loan applications and transactions.
    Maintain records of daily visits, applications processed, and transactions completed.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation.
    Achieve assigned sales and transaction targets within the designated territory.

    Requirements :
    Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, financial services, or retail sales.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with retailers and customers effectively.
    Ability to explain financial products in a simple and compelling manner.
    Knowledge of KYC documentation requirements and compliance procedures.
    Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to sales.
    Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad and work in a field-based role.
    Basic proficiency in using mobile apps and CRM tools for reporting.
