Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Inquiries and Support
Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.
Assist customers with their inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that each interaction leads to a positive customer experience.
Record and track customer issues, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and effectively.
2. Issue Resolution and Complaint Management
Actively listen to customers and identify the root cause of their concerns or complaints.
Handle customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
Resolve or escalate issues to the appropriate department, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback to customers.
Maintain a record of customer interactions and ensure that all issues are addressed to the customer's satisfaction.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing personalized service and follow-up as needed.
Ensure that customer feedback is recorded, analyzed, and shared with relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Assist in gathering customer satisfaction surveys and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
