    Responsibilities:-

    Responsible to handle inbound & outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

    Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.

    Selling wellness products over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters

    Understand the Customer requirements and Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the wellness packages.

    Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.

    Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.

    Job Description: Looking for a female telesales executive who has good communication skills, soft spoken, know how to deal with a customer, and punctual of time. Job location is Uttam Nagar. Job timing is 10AM to 6PM. 6 days working with Sunday weekly off. Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs.
