    Job Description:-

    Role Overview: As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our e skilling platform, and building a strong client database. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a proactive mindset to generate leads and convert them into partnerships or enrollments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to corporate clients, HR teams, and training managers to introduce LiveSkills’s e-skilling programs.

    • Generate leads and build a structured database of potential corporate and individual clients.

    • Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and close sales.

    • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions from our e-skilling offerings.

    • Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system regularly.

    • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through structured outreach strategies.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Graduate degree (any discipline).

    • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to engage with corporate clients and decision-makers professionally.

    • Prior experience in telesales, business development, or corporate outreach is a plus.

    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining data records.

    Job description

    A Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales, promote products or services, and achieve business targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a goal-driven mindset to close deals effectively. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling high call volumes and working in a fast-paced sales environment.

    Making outbound calls to Shaadi.com Members basis the leads provided offering the customers products which would help them in their life partner search. 
    Following the defined sales process to convert free members into revenue paying customers.
    Ensuring Call Disposition Comments are updated once the call is completed with all relevant details. 
    Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted.
    Updating the details of follow-up in the system. 
    Meeting daily talk time Targets and Calls to be done. 
    Meeting Revenue Targets and ensuring Lead to Conversion Ratios are met. 
    Appearing for periodic evaluations. Interfacing with walk-in customers (if assigned the task), explaining to them features of Shaadi com/Centre and converting them to Premium Membership. Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities.
