Role Overview: As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our e skilling platform, and building a strong client database. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a proactive mindset to generate leads and convert them into partnerships or enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to corporate clients, HR teams, and training managers to introduce LiveSkills’s e-skilling programs.
• Generate leads and build a structured database of potential corporate and individual clients.
• Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions from our e-skilling offerings.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through structured outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage with corporate clients and decision-makers professionally.
• Prior experience in telesales, business development, or corporate outreach is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining data records.

Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
Selling wellness products over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters
Understand the Customer requirements and Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the wellness packages.
Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
