Talent acquisition associate is responsible for finding and hiring top talent for an organization. They use a variety of channels to identify candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance with employment laws. 

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
3. Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including Naukri, Indeed, Apna and LinkedIn.
4. Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
5. Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
6. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.
7. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
8. Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and updates in the applicant tracking system.
9. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
10. Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
11. Manage post-offer engagement to minimize dropouts.
12. Ensure recruitment activities adhere to labor laws and organizational policies.
