• Greet walk-in customers with smile.
• Explain about the products to the customers.
• Maintain awareness of current offers and do upselling & cross-selling of products.
• Ensure proper billing for every transaction
• Manage product display, handle new arrivals, and return damaged items. [If any]
• Maintain store ambience including lighting, fragrance, cleanliness and decor
• Maintain daily invoice records, incoming stock from the warehouse,  outgoing sales from the store  and  organize and maintain invoices in a dedicated file.

Job Summary - We are looking for young and energetic Female candidates to handle customers for our Premium Women’s Ethnic Wear Store in Alwarpet, Chennai.

• Take Inbound and Outbound customer calls and converts them into sales

• Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases

• Research on different tools to increase the sales and business opportunities

• Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product

• Ability to do requirement gathering, and then, along with the Products/Solutions team, participate in the need analysis and planning.

• Should have the ability to pitch end-to-end propositions, handle objections and highlight value.

• Ability to conduct pricing negotiation.

• Ability to travel for meetings and discussions

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.

Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
