Job Description
A relationship manager's job is to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, or other stakeholders. They may also be called a customer relationship manager (CRM), client relationship manager, or customer success manager.
Responsibilities
Customer service: Provide answers to customer questions, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
Client development: Identify new clients and opportunities, and develop strategies to retain existing clients
Product and service advice: Recommend products and services to clients, and act as an advisor on service options
Communication: Communicate with clients, and work with sales and marketing teams
Problem-solving: Identify problems, determine causes, and prioritize solutions
Trend analysis: Analyze communication strategies, negotiations, and contracts to identify trends customer success manager.
Explain product features and benefits
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
Generate leads and negotiate deals
