    Responsibilities:

    • Build strong relationships with real estate developers and brokers, showcasing Buildesk’s value.
    • Identify and capture new market opportunities through your network and regional expertise.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual targets.
    • Engage and negotiate deals with senior decision-makers
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
    • Provide insights to shape offerings in line with client needs.
    • Build and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
    • Monitor industry trends to keep track of competition and develop key performance indicators for the company's long-term growth.

    What We’re Looking For:
    • Minimum 1 year of Software sales experience.
    • Knowledge of the real estate industry's challenges and needs.
    • Confidence in engaging and closing deals with senior decision-makers.
    • Strong regional network and cultural understanding.
    • Fluency in English and a regional language; Hindi is a plus.
    • Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving results.
    • A team player with a collaborative mindset.
