Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with real estate developers and brokers, showcasing Buildesk’s value.
- Identify and capture new market opportunities through your network and regional expertise.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual targets.
- Engage and negotiate deals with senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Provide insights to shape offerings in line with client needs.
- Build and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Monitor industry trends to keep track of competition and develop key performance indicators for the company's long-term growth.
What We’re Looking For:- Minimum 1 year of Software sales experience.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry's challenges and needs.
- Confidence in engaging and closing deals with senior decision-makers.
- Strong regional network and cultural understanding.
- Fluency in English and a regional language; Hindi is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving results.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
