We are hiring a qualified HR Recruiter for managing every phase of our recruitment efforts, from the identification of potential candidates to the interview and evaluation of candidates Responsibilities Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video) Preparing and distributing assignments as well as language, logical reasoning, and numerical tests Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards, and social media.
Responsibilities:-
- The HR Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Clients.
- Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and generate reports as needed.
