TPF runs multiple initiatives and educational programs, including workshops, cohort-based learning, summits, bootcamps, and cross-community collaborations, designed to empower builders and accelerate careers.

    As an HR recruiter, you will be instrumental in strengthening TPF's talent ecosystem by partnering with companies we work with to support their tech hiring needs. You'll build and manage candidate pipelines, coordinate between companies and candidates, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. This is a full-time role focused on driving TPF's dedicated hiring initiative.

    Key Responsibilities:

    A. Talent pipeline & sourcing:
    1. Build a strong pipeline of qualified tech candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing strategies- Naukri
    2. Proactively engage with potential candidates and maintain ongoing relationships to support current and future hiring needs

    B. Coordination & communication:
    1. Coordinate closely with partner companies to understand hiring requirements and priorities
    2. Manage communication with candidates through screening, scheduling interviews, a feedback loop, and offer coordination

    C. End-to-end recruitment support:
    1. Support the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to shortlist delivery, candidate tracking, and hiring closure
    2. Ensure positive candidate experience and strong employer branding throughout the process

    The selected prospect will be oriented more on Life Transformation Program we call it as 'LTP' and he/she is required to send this LTP at least 5 to 10 new hire every day and all the related details will be provided to the selected prospects through our systematic training to export more optimal knowledge.       • Ensure all necessary pre-employment checks, such as background verification, are completed.

      • Coordinate with HR and other departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

      • Follow up with new employees to ensure a successful transition into the organization.

    4. Employer Branding and Engagement:

      • Promote the organization’s employer brand through job fairs, networking events, and online platforms.

      • Represent the company at job expos, university career fairs, and recruitment events.

      • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, training institutes, and professional organizations.

      • Contribute to social media and online content related to recruitment and company culture.

    5. Data Management and Reporting:

      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

      • Generate regular reports on recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.

      • Analyze data to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

      • Ensure compliance with legal hiring practices and internal policies.

    6. Collaboration and Communication:

      • Partner closely with HR team members and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and job requirements.

      • Provide updates on recruitment progress and offer strategic input during hiring discussions.

      • Offer guidance and training to hiring managers on interview best practices and unbiased hiring.

      • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and timely communication.
