We are seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant (EA) who provides high-level administrative support to the CEO by managing schedules, facilitating communication, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders. The EA ensures the executive's time is optimized and that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Position -Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities:-
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments while prioritizing conflicting needs.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Communication & Correspondence: Manage and respond to emails, letters, and phone calls on behalf of the executive, filtering inquiries and addressing issues as appropriate.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings. Take meeting minutes and track follow-up tasks.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Liaison Role: Act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain the executive's files, documents, and records.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall office operations as required.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, team offsites, and executive-level meetings.
Work mode:This is a work-from-office opportunity in Hyderabad which includes working 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)
