Job Description
The Role and Responsibilities:
1.CSR Program Management:
Plan, execute, and manage CSR initiatives in collaboration with the DM office to address local community needs and socio-economic development.
Coordinate with local government agencies, NGOs, and other partners to implement impactful social programs (e.g., education, health, environment, rural development).
Monitor and evaluate the progress of CSR projects, ensuring that they align with the company’s CSR strategy and goals.
Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for various CSR initiatives.
2.Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with district authorities, local community leaders, government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for CSR-related queries and issues for both internal and external stakeholders.
3.Reporting & Documentation:
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of CSR projects.
Document project outcomes, learnings, and best practices to contribute to future CSR strategy development.
4.Impact Assessment & Monitoring:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSR projects to measure their impact and effectiveness.
Conduct site visits and field assessments to evaluate the outcomes of CSR initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements.
Implement feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and sustainability of CSR programs.
