High Fly Dream, a leading airline company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Airline Ticketing Executive to join our team. As an Airline Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth ticketing process for our passengers.
Responsibilities:
• Handle ticketing inquiries and provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and available seats
• Process ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless travel experience
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline products, services, and promotions
• Assist passengers with check-in procedures and boarding processes
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in airline ticketing is a plus
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
