Job description -

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Communicative English Trainer - Communication Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and a keen interest in training and mentoring individuals to improve their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to different proficiency levels.

•        Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

•        Encourage confidence-building activities to help students overcome language barriers.

•        Use innovative teaching methodologies to make learning effective and enjoyable.

•        Assist in designing training materials, exercises, and activities.

•        Support learners in improving their verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

•        Any bachelor’s degree.

•        Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

•        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•        Passion for teaching and helping learners develop confidence in English                           communication.

•        Prior experience in training or teaching English is an added advantage but not                    mandatory.

•        Ability to engage and motivate students
