We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This role will primarily involve assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing support via phone, email, and chat.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by answering their inquiries related to product/service issues, and general support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate and timely information in any one regional language you are known like Telegu/ Tamil/ Bengali/ kannada / Malayalam and Marathi.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and best practices.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Fluency in any of regional language like Telegu/ Tamil/ Bengali/ kannada / Malayalam and Marathi and with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi as well.
• Experience in customer service or a related field (preferably 1+ year).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
