he candidate should possess a thorough knowledge of subjects, including: -

• Anatomy and Physiology
• Microbiology
• Psychology
• Sociology
• Fundamentals of Nursing.

The candidate should be passionate and committed to training students.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans/ course content, scheduling classes, conducting practical sessions for students, carrying out periodic assessments, and providing feedback.

The ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and English is required.

The candidate should be adept at maintaining academic records.

Mentor and advise students on academic and career development.

 Qualification Required:-

BSc-MLT / Msc-MLT.

• Conduct lectures and practical sessions as per the scheduled workload and teaching plan.
• Contribute to syllabus enrichment and update content to align with current trends and statutory council guidelines.
• Perform examination duties, including evaluation, timely assessment, and result submission.
• Develop and manage lab activities and ensure the practical skill development of students.
• Participate in academic administration, including admissions, internships, and placements.
• Build and nurture industry connections to enhance students' employability and career growth.
• Engage in research activities, publish papers, and guide students in their research projects and presentations.
• Use innovative teaching methods, including software tools, to enhance learning outcomes.
• Attend seminars, conferences, and training to stay updated with industry trends.
• Actively participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities organized by the university.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the management.
