Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate client-candidate communication.
• Negotiate offers and assist in the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with US-based job portals and ATS systems is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of technical roles and IT recruitment.

Job Title: Trainee – US IT Recruiter (Freshers Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates for US IT job openings using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
• Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed of job opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and job market trends.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
• Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

• Freshers with excellent communication skills
• A good command of relevant skills
•  Willingness to work in night shift

Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
