The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in a jewellery showroom environment.
This individual will assist customers in selecting high-quality jewellery pieces, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales through excellent
product knowledge and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Sales:Greet customers warmly and assist them in their purchase journey, addressing their needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on product selection, materials, designs, and customization options.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting high-value jewellery.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the brand's jewellery collection, including current trends, designs, and quality standards.
Product Knowledge & Display: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full range of jewellery products and services.
Ensure the jewellery display is attractive, organized, and reflective of current promotional campaigns.
Manage stock levels and report any low inventory or stock discrepancies.
Customer Service & Relationship Building: Provide personalized service, making recommendations based on individual customer
preferences and requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns in a professional and timely manner.
Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service and follow-up.
Sales Transactions & Documentation: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, or finance options.
Maintain proper records of sales, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with store policies.
Store Maintenance & Operations: Assist in the visual merchandising of the showroom to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Participate in stock takes, inventory management, and quality checks for jewellery items.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow sales associates, store managers, and other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
