• Candidate with experience in Data center Sales/ IT Software sales / Digital Solution Sales/
Technical Sales / SaaS etc will be preferred
• Seeks out, finds and wins new business focusing on recurring and sustainable revenue for
customers
• Experience in selling/managing to Banks, Housing finance, Insurance etc companies will be an
added advantage.
• Negotiates and secures favorable terms for Iron Mountain in the deals
• Develops and maintains strong customer relationships with target Accounts utilizing multilevel
representation by Iron Mountain and high involvement in customer liaison
• Maintain consistent, timely and high quality reporting meeting requirements of the business
• As a member of the Sales Team, contribute to team effectiveness and overall business strategies
and directions.
• Ensure all local SSHE requirements, Iron Mountain policies and procedures are being met and
adhered to
• Positions and illustrates alternative ways of creating the real value of the Iron Mountain Digital
solution offerings for customers through assessing their problems or opportunities and
highlighting Iron Mountain’s areas of strength, competitive pricing, customer satisfaction and
competitive advantages within each existing and net new accounts.
• Achievement of assigned Digital sales quota as well as contribution towards overall team
booking target.
• This position will proactively collaborate with the regional RIM (Records Information
Management) Sales and Account teams to identify and support digital opportunities from
existing customer base

Job description
We are looking for someone who will identify,
evaluate and execute the high value business opportunities, in the form of
strategic alliances, in-licensing and co-development opportunities for global
markets to accelerate the organization growth and strengthen its market
position.   
Roles & Responsibilities
1.
Lead the identification, evaluation, and
prioritization of in-licensing, co-development opportunities for pharmaceutical
formulations in alignment with company strategy and global market needs.
2.
Build and maintain relationships with key
stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, to
explore potential partnership opportunities.
3.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to assess
market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities for products
across our Generics markets.
4.
Negotiate and execute licensing and/or
co-development agreements, manage strategic alliances, and execute
collaboration agreements to acquire/license rights to drug formulations,
technologies, or products.
5.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
R&D, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, legal, and commercial, to assess
the feasibility and strategic fit of potential partnerships.
6.
Manage due diligence activities, including
financial analysis, technical evaluation, and risk assessment, to inform
decision making and mitigate risks associated with licensing or co-development
agreements.
7.
Develop and implement business development
strategies to achieve revenue targets across our markets of interest.
8.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team
members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture within the
business development team.
9.
Represent the company at industry conferences,
networking events, and business meetings to explore partnership opportunities.
10.
Monitor and track market dynamics, competitor
activities, and regulatory developments to anticipate challenges and capitalize
on emerging opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualification: A
Bachelor’s in Pharmacy/Science/Engineering or Business; Master’s or MBA
preferred
Minimum work experience: 8-10
years in Alliance Management/ Portfolio Managament/ Business Development/
Program Management; Experience in Pharmaceutical industry is necessary

Technical Skills
•
Experience with an array of deal structures across therapeutic categories,
demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various transaction formats.
• Financial acumen with respect to the execution of multiple types of business
transactions.
• Solid project management expertise and experience.
• Strong sales, business development (BD), strategy, and alliance management
working experiences in global pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
• Proven track record or accomplishment in building consensus within a complex,
multi-cultural organization.
• Experience in alliance management in the pharmaceutical industry.
