is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Intern to join
our team for a 6-month internship, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on
performance. This role involves on-ground work, offline marketing, outbound calls, setting up
meetings, and vendor management responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be open to travel
and engaging with potential clients directly. Travel allowance and performance-based incentives
will be provided. Our primary product is Kannada learning kits and lab, so having a workable
knowledge of the Kannada language will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct on-ground outreach and offline marketing to generate leads and increase brand
awareness.
● Make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce Pentad Academy's offerings, and
schedule meetings.
● Set up and attend meetings with prospective clients, partners, and vendors.
● Assist in vendor management, ensuring smooth coordination for various business activities.
● Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
● Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to execute growth
strategies.
● Travel within the city and occasionally outside for business opportunities (travel allowance
provided).
● Meet and exceed targets to qualify for incentives and future full-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
● Willingness to travel and engage in on-ground marketing efforts.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
