Job Description:-
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and grievances promptly.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
2. Grievance Management:
- Register, track, and resolve customer grievances as per defined processes.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities as necessary.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain call logs and update the system with accurate information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call and grievance status.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Share insights and feedback for process improvement.
5. Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
