    Job Description:-

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Interaction:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
    • Address customer queries, complaints, and grievances promptly.
    • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

    2. Grievance Management:

    • Register, track, and resolve customer grievances as per defined processes.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities as necessary.

    3. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain call logs and update the system with accurate information.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call and grievance status.

    4. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
    • Share insights and feedback for process improvement.

    5. Compliance:

    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
    • Strong communication skills in Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
