Understands: The lifecycle of solar mounting structures (from design to dispatch), Key fabrication steps: punching, bending, welding, galvanizing, packaging, Can interpret basic drawings, BOQ, and client specs; Prepares and updates: Project execution timelines, Milestone charts from order confirmation to delivery.
Tracks daily progress across departments (accounts, stores, production, dispatch), Aligns and communicates with: Sales – for order intake and client commitments, Accounts – for order clearance, advance receipt, invoicing, Procurement - For the availability of stock and ordering of new RM, Production – for job card priority, WIP tracking, Dispatch & Logistics – for packaging readiness and transporter coordination.
Acts as the internal project owner for the client, Ensures on-time delivery by: Identifying bottlenecks early, Coordinating resolution through interdepartmental updates, Sending proactive updates to the sales/client team.
Tracks: Raw material availability, Fabrication status, Packing and delivery schedule alignment with client deadlines; Shares daily/weekly project status with: Internal teams, Senior management, Client-facing teams (via sales).
Maintains a strong follow-up culture with a problem-solving mindset; Identifies risks (delays, shortages, quality issues) early, Escalates to seniors with facts and proposed solutions, not just problems.
Comfortable using:ERP (Bizsol), Excel, Sheets, or MS Project, Maintains updated trackers for: Production, dispatch, billing, and delivery milestones.
Prepares:Daily/weekly project status reports, Delivery readiness reports, client communication logs, and coordination notes.
Works across functions with: Patience, clarity, and a goal-driven mindset, Gains respect by being organized, proactive, and dependable, even without authority.
